What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Stack Engineer position at Soni?

Soni Resources is looking for a highly technical Full-Stack Engineer to join our client! Your day-to-day work will primarily consist of building scalable software solutions as part of a cross-functional team. You will be responsible for building new software applications and maintaining others within a complex environment.

Responsibilities

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to develop new features and improve existing ones.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, collaborating with both front-end and back-end developers. Optimize applications for speed and scalability while implementing robust security and data protection measures.
  • Encourage best practices and knowledge sharing to promote continuous learning within the team.
  • Assist in team members' professional growth through mentoring and help them grasp design patterns and architecture.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project progression.


Requirements And Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven track record of leading successful web application projects
  • Back-end programming languages (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Go, Python)
  • Front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and development
  • Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
  • Successful collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals


Compensation: $120,000 - 150,000 Medical Benefits, 401k, Transit & Parking Benefits

Salary range is determined based on factors such as relevant experience, expertise, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
