Duties:

- Provide top-notch customer service to our customers by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Utilize your retail math skills to handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and handling standards at all times.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, quick-service environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Engage in proactive sales techniques to promote our menu items and increase sales.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, and communicate this knowledge to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.

Skills:

- Proven sales experience and a strong understanding of retail math.
- Familiarity with quick-service fast food restaurants and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system and handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong food handling skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Prior experience working in a grocery store, restaurant, or related environment.
- Basic math skills and the ability to perform calculations accurately.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
