HRIS Coordinator - Total Rewards will support the HR Total Rewards team in a variety of activities including the implementation of various HR strategies and initiatives. The primary objective of the HR Admin is to provide efficient administration of Human Resources, resulting in ensuring process efficiency, data accuracy, policy and legal compliance and ultimately the delivery of exceptional internal customer service. Drives a culture of inclusiveness and engagement throughout the organization.
· Provides overall HR data support across Total Rewards function.
· Coordinate and facilitate HR data related processes such as Status Change Form and others for accuracy and completeness. Includes data review and communication with HR and managers.
· Answer general questions regarding HR Data, Benefits, and Payroll data and calendars.
· Processing HRIS entries, such as: Transfers, Changes & Terminations.
· Compiles and prepares data for uploading into HR systems.
· Coordinates files for email distribution across HR and managers
· Handles and updates confidential employee data while maintaining confidentiality.
· Assists with payroll processing as necessary
· Assist employees with HR System password reset and HR system mobile app support
· Coordinates calendars, internal events, and processes expense reporting and billing
· Assist in processing, verifying, and maintaining personnel related documentation. (e.g., personnel, medical, I-9, safety, etc.)
· Works well independently and with minimal supervision.
· Document workflow and work procedures.
· Total Rewards copying, scanning, mailing.
· Other duties as assigned.
· High school diploma/GED
· Degree preferred but not required.
· Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
· 1 years HR administrative preffered.
· Familiar with basic HR processes and programs preffered.
