We are looking for an Assistant Practice Manager who will be based in Sacramento.
**The successful candidate will train and onboard in either San Diego or Scottsdale until late November 2022, prior to starting in Sacramento.
What does day to day in this role generally look like?
- You provide a variety of support to our Practice Manager with day-to-day center operations.
- You monitor the delivery of the Sono Bello patient experience, involving sincere patient (customer) interactions, efficient center operations and successful resolution of patient matter.
- You are a model of Sono Bello values and "does whatever it takes" approach – hands on, all in.
- You provide oversight and training to our Front Desk Coordinators.
- You resolve issues in a real-time, fast paced environment – whatever it is, you tackle it.
- You assist the Practice Manager in routine tasks such as managing surgical tracking, scheduling, coordinating medical clearances with RN (and manage report daily) and ensuring invoicing is done correctly.
- You support facilitating and assuring top quality communication among patients, doctors and employees and assures that patients and physicians are always treated with appropriate respect by all employees, vendors, and visitors.
Who is our ideal candidate?
- You possess an AS Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You have at least two years of hands-on experience in mid to large size operations or multi-unit operations, such as medical, retail or service industries.
- You bring a level of business acumen and demonstrated decision making in your previous roles.
- You have demonstrated the ability to establish and maintain credibility and positive working relationships with a diverse range of groups and individuals.
- You have experience establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- You have excellent planning, time management and organizational skills – ability to prioritize multiple functions and responsibilities and manage work time efficiently while producing outstanding results.
- Ability to travel and relocate as required.
