Position Summary
Develops operating and capital budgets for the plant. Responsible for all physical assets of the plant.
Responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and clean operation. Put in place an effective Safety Plan to achieve site, division and corporate goals.
Four year undergraduate
Engineering, business or related. Significant experience in tube and core industry could substitute for a degree.

Four year undergraduate
Engineering, business or related.

Eight years
Preferred Experience
Would like to see experience as PE / QE, Shift Supervisor, Superintendent. Good hands-on knowledge of tubes and cores.

- Maintain close working relations with Customers.
- Plans and directs the activities of the manufacturing and maintenance departments and all of the support services. Develop and maintain trust with employees to establish credibility.
- Analyzes operational costs, seeks manufacturing improvement and insures there is a program to continuously control and reduce costs, improve quality and operating efficiency.
- Responsible for annual technology and productivity plans that give required improvement in costs.
