What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Support position at Sooner Inc.?
POSITION BRIEF: Individual report to the GM - Commercial Operations and is responsible for preparation, entry, and placement of Accessory Work Orders (AWO), Coating Work Orders (CWO), Service Requests (SRF), Freight Requisitions (FR), and related Oracle Purchase Orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Account Managers as needed
- Enter AWOs, CWOs, SRFs and FRs in Salesforce as required.
- Enter Oracle Purchase Orders.
- Expedite Orders to meet delivery requirements. Escalate issues to Purchasing Specialist.
- Work with Third Party Yard team to ensure PO receipts are entered timely.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Good telephone skills
- Basic computer skills
Preferred:
- B.S. degree
- 2 to 3 years Inside Sales experience, preferably pipe or related product
- Oracle experience
- Working knowledge of tubular goods
