We are looking for a Corporate Controller to join our growing team. This role is remote, anywhere in the US.

You are an experienced leader and a hands-on Corporate Controller who thrive in fast-moving, growth-oriented business and look forward to leading the function with the prospect of future team building. You have proven industry experience in a high-growth SaaS start-up particularly self serve businesses. As an early member of the finance team, you are excited about helping leadership make crucial business decisions and help in navigating through the most impactful problems at the Company.
What you will do:
- Be a strategic and operational business partner.
- Own, execute and automate all key accounting and finance operations, including order-to-cash, procure to pay, hire to retire, and record to report.
- Scale and streamline end-to-end business processes, systems, policies and procedures in support of the Company’s growth including reconciliations of high volume revenue transactions between different systems.
- Lead the financial forecasting process including budget vs actual analysis.
- Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
- Responsible for management reporting in a timely manner.
- Build a high-performing accounting and finance team.
- Ad hoc requests to support the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, accounting, or related field along with CPA or MBA
- Leadership experience as a Corporate Controller in high growth SaaS startup
- Experience in Big 4 public accounting firm
- A high degree of proficiency using ERP and other financial systems
- Comprehensive understanding of US GAAP
- Proven success in developing and leading a high performing team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
