Candidates for this position must have the following qualifications:

  • Good knowledge on basic principles of accounting
  • Financial statements generation and interpretation
  • Prepare month end journal entries.
  • Balance and control general ledger accounts.
  • Experience in full cycle accounting.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Proficient on MS Office and Accounting software
  • Excellent grammar, communication, spelling, and numeric skills
  • Excellent executive and professional image
  • Be a multitasker, analytic, responsible, reliable, discrete, clean, and organized
  • Have a flexible working schedule (availability)

Associates or bachelor’s in accounting preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish
Minimum 1 year of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Physical setting:

  • Office

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
