What are the responsibilities and job description for the Access Control Team Lead position at SOSi?
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking an Access Control Team Lead in Fort Huachuca, AZ. The Access Control Team Lead reports to the Access Management Team Lead and is responsible for all RCC-C 24x7 access control and physical security requirements.
- Verify appropriate identification is present and visible on all personnel attempting entry into the RCC-C NOF.
- Verify all guests in Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and Defense Information System Security (DISS) to issue the appropriate badge prior to permitting entry into RCC-C.
- Take appropriate action to ensure proper handling of classified material in order to mitigate any possibility of breaches in security, policy, or procedures.
- Perform periodic walk-throughs of the NOF to ensure RCC-C personnel adhere to established security procedures.
- Perform monthly inspections of RCC-C personnel adherence to security procedures, report findings to leadership, and track remediation activity of all findings.
- Provide escort services to uncredentialed personnel that need access to the RCC-C NOF.
- Provide management with status reports on any RCC-C personnel action non compliant with security policy.
- Maintains a 24x7 schedule for the Access Control Team.
- Update SOPs, TTPs, and SmartBooks associated with current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Provide on-call support after business hours and during weekends when required.
- Active in scope SECRET clearance
- HS 8 years of customer service or AA/AS 6 or BA/BS 4
- Experience managing or leading a team of employees
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Scheduling flexibility, to include nights, weekends and/or holidays, as needed
- Occasional travel may be required for work or training purposes.
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to express a positive attitude towards others
- Logically process and diagnose information assurance and security related issues
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and complete objectives on-time
- Ability to resolve problems independently
- Preferred experience in Physical and Traditional Security
- Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
