PeaceHealth has been serving the communities of northwest Washington since 1890 with PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center, now a 253-bed, two-campus hospital providing a Level II Trauma Center and a full range of inpatient and outpatient services. PeaceHealth’s Whatcom Region also includes the comprehensive heart care services of the Cardiovascular Center at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center as well as the primary and specialty care provided by PeaceHealth Medical Group
- Team of 20 physicians, 4 advanced practitioners, and 2 clinical performance nurses
- ED runs codes
- Full subspecialty support; no procedures required
- Closed ICU
- Board certification in internal medicine or family medicine required
- Cross credentialing at PH United General in Sedro Wooley with 4-6 weeks of coverage is required; PH United General is a critical access hospital with limited support – days only
- H1B; access to Sound’s in-house visa specialists as well as our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid and services covered
