About the Team
We are a dedicated team responsible for architecting and maintaining our organization's cloud network and the physical infrastructure of our data center, ensuring general connectivity and implementing logical extensions into various services. Additionally, we develop and support automated systems that seamlessly integrate all traffic components for efficient web routing.
Skills and Expertise we seek
- Advanced cloud platform proficiency and strong experience with infrastructure-as-code, with emphasis on Terraform and Go.
- Solid understanding of network topology and routing protocols.
- Deep knowledge of AWS network services like Virtual Private
- Cloud, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Load Balancers and CloudFront.
- Experience with Route 53, SSL Certificates, Shield and Network Firewall.
- Familiarity with IPMI for automation and effective network management.
- Expertise in setting up and managing multi-account and multi-region environments, ensuring optimal configuration and security.
- Skilled in deploying and managing software load balancers, and reverse proxies such as HAProxy or Envoy.
- Familiarity with container orchestration and CI/CD systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-time-zone distributed team environment.
- Preparedness for participation in an on-call rotation schedule.
Bonus - good to haves
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications such as Cloud Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, CCNP or JNCIP, or higher.
- Experience with bare-metal servers, switches and routers.
- Operational experience with Linux systems in data center environments.
- Exposure to metal-as-a-service systems and configuration management frameworks.

The salary range for this role is $120,000-140,000 annually. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, internal equity, and location.
