They are well established, offer outstanding benefits and are looking for an experienced Production Plant Supervisor like you!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a multishift production team.
- Maintain excellent quality, safety and production standards for this operation.
- Demonstrate excellent managerial & leadership skills.
- Ensure availability of adequate supplies and materials needed to meet and exceed productivity standards.
- Manage the scheduling and keeping the staff accountable for results being delivered.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the work area, maintain the master cleaning schedule, and follow up on all operational Food Safety Audits.
- Ensure the accuracy of all production documents.
- Adherence to GMP, OSHA standards, safety, and all other plant policies.
- HS Diploma or GED is Required, associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 2 years experience supervising employees directly in a production manufacturing environment.
- Ability to motivate, train people, monitor the safety and quality of the products produced, and ensure the safety of the managed employees.
- Excellent computer skills MS Office.
- Experience with an (ERP) inventory control system is a strong plus such as SAP or similar.
- A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license are required.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.
