POSITION SUMMARY
You will be providing Level I IT Support and Break / Fix resolution from our client's location 5x / week. You need patience and the ability to ask the right questions that uncover details critical to the resolution of issues.
The salary for this position is $55,000 (negotiable based on experience).
STEEL TOED BOOTS ARE REQUIRED DUE TO LIME PROCESSING ON SITE
RESPONSIBILITIES

DESIRED SKILLSET / EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of work experience providing technical support
- Proficiency with all current Windows operating systems mandatory, Apple desirable
- Server 2008-2019 Experience preferred
- Active Directory
- O365 Administration and Troubleshooting
- Mobile Device Management - MDM
- SonicWall Firewall Experience preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Routing / Switching / VLAN's
- VMware experience is a plus
- Azure experience is a plus
CompTIA A and Network will be required within 1 year of hire.
