Job Title : Payroll Specialist

Summary :

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees, as well as maintaining payroll records and resolving any payroll-related issues.

Responsibilities :

  • Process payroll on a regular basis, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies or issues
  • Stay up-to-date on payroll laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure payroll accuracy

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 2 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
