Job Title : Payroll Specialist
Summary :
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees, as well as maintaining payroll records and resolving any payroll-related issues.
Responsibilities :
Process payroll on a regular basis, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes
Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies or issues
Stay up-to-date on payroll laws and regulations
Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure payroll accuracy
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
2 years of experience in payroll processing
Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
