Job Summary:
We are seeking an Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various office tasks and possess excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Perform front desk duties such as answering phone calls, directing calls to the appropriate department, etc.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Provide personal assistant support to office staff as needed.
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and managing office tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a transportation/dispatching office.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service practices.
- Familiarity with computerized systems for office management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and phone systems.
