South Coast Plaza needs dedicated Concierges and Carousel Operators who can work full-time and part-time open positions
Qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
- Willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty.
- Expert in all retail information and current events as it relates to SCP properties and communicates
- Effective communication with our guests
- Ability to work independently and within the team.
- Ability to provide flexible availability. Must be able to work days, afternoons, evenings and weekends as needed.
- At least 2 years of customer service related experience and/or training in a similar capacity.
