Principle Function:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update membership records
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain and organize reception area and conference room
- Provide support to other team members as necessary
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in using office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in calendar management and scheduling is desired
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
