We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform task such as repair and cleaning. Will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building sysems. Will be responsible for the proper function of the building. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any potential problems.
- Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of all systems.
- Maintain records of all maintenance activities.
- Keep a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on wall, replace light bulbs, etc.
- Install appliances and equipment.
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.
- Report to a facility or maintenance manager for issues.
- Reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
