Job Description

As a rapidly growing produce distributor, we are seeking a creative and strategic thinker to join our team as the Brand Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness. This involves all aspects of branding, content creation, events, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies. Additionally, the Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible to collaborate with the sales team in a supportive manner and provide POS materials and informational brochures to improve awareness of product availability, increase customer engagement, and improve customer retention. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills to drive measurable results and contribute to the overall success of the organization. We are looking for a candidate who is a strategic thinker, but also don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty. We are focused on building a best-in-class customer centric brand, and you will have a significant role in helping us put the brand on the map. This role is perfect for the person looking to make a big impact in the wholesale produce market.

This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office, Monday – Thursday, based in Immokalee, Florida, remote on Friday or as the workload allows.

Growth Marketing Strategy

  • Build, develop, and launch a Brand identity that can be used as a template for all marketing campaigns to ensure clear and consistent company branding across all channels and media.

· Create a brand identity that builds awareness of our products and services and elevate the company to rise above the competition.

  • Works to ensure customer engagement in branding campaigns using analytics to determine the efficacy of each campaign.
  • Regularly analyze data and provide insights to optimize strategies and maximize the impact of marketing campaigns.

Marketing Management

  • Work closely with the brand creative team, procurement team, and sales team to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting on key performance metrics, providing insights into the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and progress towards growth goals.
  • Create weekly market updates to keep customers engaged and informed about market trends, seasonality of items, weather alerts, product shortages, etc.
  • Responsible for trade shows and virtual events to leave a memorable experience and lasting impression on our customers.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and create compelling value propositions that resonate with our target market

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 4 years of combined marketing communications (digital/print/social media) in the food industry, wholesale perishable food preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Thinking strategy, but also being a hands-on team player
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to inspire a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity marketing software, Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite

· Must be able to work weekends as needed or after normal working hours if needed

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
