The Operations Coordinator is responsible for carrying out the Company’s logistics strategy. They are responsible for managing, monitoring and updating inventories.
Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for Monitoring and updating inventories information in all systems.
Receiving the inventories in the Famous ERP system; regular updating of Famous ERP, confirming the quantity and quality requirements are met; ensuring the inventories are placed in the desired warehouse location.
Put new orders in various systems: Famous/ Manfredi / Itrade, etc.
Cancel and / or revise orders.
Select lots for orders, as per customer needs. Ensure proper inventory rotation.
Allocate the orders and ship them in Famous system (not invoice)
Request pallet staging for customers / orders for inspections.
Allocate product in Manfredi system for Orders and submit work order requests as required for reconditioning/ repacking/ restacking etc.
Will have to create transformations of product in Famous ERP system.
Send the passings / BOL to respective salesperson.
Co-ordinating the return of any rejected inventory to the warehouse or to the shipper.
Maintain and manage inventory transfer between different warehouses.
Validate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts reports in Famous ERP.
Communicate with different warehouses, QA, Production, Logistics, and Procurement team to update inventories in all the systems as needed.
Elaborate and document WFP SOP for inventory controls.
