South Pacific Tire Pros is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Service Writer for a full-time position.

Position Summary
This position is responsible for scheduling service appointments, greeting customers, verifying customer information, writing repair orders, and documenting customer visits. This position will work closely with the supervisor and technicians and will be responsible for achieving goals in both vehicle repairs and tire sales, as well as customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of automotive parts, repairs, tires, lift kits and wheels
Leadership and teamwork skills
2 or more years of AUTOMOTIVE AND/OR TIRE service advising experience – or equivalent
Basic mechanical knowledge
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be reliable, have valid driver’s license, and good driving record
Must pass a drug-screening test
This is a full time position, Monday-Friday 7:30am – 5:30pm. We offer a base pay with competitive commissions.
