Technology Liaison
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Assist the Enrollment Director with a focus on educating and troubleshooting ProCare with specific Center/Program Staff and Parents/Guardians. This is an internal position that is a stipend based one-year position. Future work will be contingent on funding. All staff hired for these positions will be trained on ProCare. Independent practice and learning will be required.
Rate: $1000.00 stipend for one year to be paid out in two installments, January and June

Randolph PreSchool: 1Technical Liaison
Randolph Afterschool RED: 1 Technical Liaison
21st Century Programming: 1 Technical Liaison for all 21st Century Locations
EHS/FCC: 1 Technical Liaison
RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Reports to: Enrollment Director
Physical Demands:
This job requires the employee to stand, stoop, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 lbs. The position requires fine motor skills of typing, writing, filing and visual acuity. This position requires the ability to speak clearly and understandably.
Work Environment: Working conditions consist of a regular office environment for all functions of the job but limited remote work may be considered. Time may be allocated for local travel to/from member organizations, individual donors, board members, or funders as part of this position.
