POSITION TITLE: Operations Project Manager
REPORTS TO: VP/Operations
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
SCOPE:
The Operations Project Manager is part of the bank’s operations area and will report directly to the VP/Operations. Primary responsibilities of this position are to lead or assist in new product implementations and maintenance of Fiserv products and other vendor products under the direction of the VP/Operations.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Specifications Management:
- Responsible to make changes to the bank’s core banking specifications in collaboration with the VP, Operations.
· Responsible to set up all new users/delete users in the Fiserv and Shazam system.
· Responsible to update all deposit and loan rates under dual control in the Fiserv system.
· This position will work with the VP, Operations to ensure the bank products, T&C, and TISA are set within the Fiserv core accurately.
· Assist with product creation in the core or other systems.
· Assist with system and mass clean-up (old products/changes)
· Assists will Fiserv upgrades including Teller and Business Process Manager
· Assists with other vendors products/projects such as Shazam.
Project Management:
- Will work with operations departments (Deposit Operations, Treasury Management) to roll out new products and/or enhancements.
- Will act as the liaison between the bank and the vendor.
· Will keep track of the projects, products by keeping them on schedule.
- Will follow up with the vendor or bank staff to ensure products/products are completed to their full capability. Will ensure bank staff has been trained in the new product. (doesn’t mean this position has to do the training but ensures the training is scheduled/happened)
- Will work with VP, Operations to look for new products for the bank.
- May attend user group meetings, conferences.
General Operations:
· Coordinate internal resources in the event there are Fiserv issues.
· Assist when Fiserv cases may need to be escalated under the direction of the VP, Operations
· Will work with VP, Operations to continually look for more way to make the operations space more efficient.
· Will assist in writing procedures for deposits or Treasury Management.
· Will create favorable relationships with bank staff to understand the business needs to each department.
· Will be responsible for disseminating vendor communication such as Fiserv publications.

EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Four-year degree or significant related business experience.
· 3-5 operations experience preferred; project management experience required.
· Fiserv Premier experience preferred.
- Must be able to work under stress and handle difficult situations.
- This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes Microsoft Word and Excel skills, communications skills, as well as utilization of office equipment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
