Southall Farm & Inn is a premier destination bringing nature, produce and people together in a powerful and unique way. The In Room Dining TSA will receive and input guest orders for our In Room Dining operation.
Responsibilities
- Receive calls from Southall guests who would like to enjoy in room or in cottage dining
- Take orders for food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques and knowledge of all offerings to guide the guest through their meal.
- Process payments and properly settle guest checks
- Control the flow of orders by quoting preparation time properly.
- Organize and process all amenity requests.
- Complete opening and/or closing side duties.
- In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position maybe required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manger based upon the particular requirements of the resort:
- Provide direct service to guests as needed, including, but not limited to, serving tables, bussing tables, and general clerical/cashier duties.
- Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards.
- Additional duties as necessary and assigned.

Education and Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to push, pull and lift 50 lbs.
- Available to work weekends, evenings and/or holidays
- Must be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods as needed and able to work in all weather conditions
