As the IT Manager for Southeast Banking Systems (SBS), you will be responsible for all internal IT equipment (computers, printers, VOIP phones, and server), tech support requests from employees, and network security for a 50 person company. You will also manage all internal software and hardware licenses, email and Microsoft Office accounts, and the company Sharepoint site. You will need to run regular checks and audits of our internal data and network security practices and policies to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. We are a small but growing company which means that there will be opportunities for training and career advancement within other departments as well such as customer support, physical and electronic security, and inventory management.
Primary duties include:
· Ordering, configuring, and troubleshooting SBS devices and equipment
· Maintaining, auditing, and improving SBS internal network and data security and policies
· Creative and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment
· Supporting SBS staff and working as a team on complex problems
· Accurately reporting equipment and system health and replacement recommendations
· Completing preventive maintenance, and equipment inspections on SBS devices
· Maintaining effective communication with all SBS team members
· Developing working knowledge of all equipment, operating standards, practices, and procedures. Pursuing continuing training opportunities.
· Proactive and independent management of all job responsibilities and customers
· Represent Southeast Banking Systems through professional competency and care
Experience and Qualifications Required
· At least 3 years of internal IT service or IT management experience
· Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
· Ability to organize and manage inventory
Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
· Sense of urgency, organizational skills, professional presence and work in team environment
· Ability to pass driving, background and drug tests
Compensation and Benefits
· Pay will be hourly based on experience. Eligible for overtime at 1.5x, but overtime will be minimal
