Therapist (Youth or Adult) with $2,000 signing bonus! (prorated for FT/30 and PRN)
Position based in La Junta, CO
Following may be available:
- Various positions, such as:
- Fulltime (benefit eligible) at approx. 40 hrs/wk
- Fulltime (benefit eligible) at approx. 30 hrs/wk
- PRN (Non-benefit eligible) at approx. 10-25 hrs/wk
- 4-day Workweek at approx. 10 hrs/day

Relocation funds available, up to $1,500, of reasonable IRS-allowable expenses.Requirements
- Master's degree in mental health field (or Bachelor's degree within 12 months of completion of Master's degree)
- Ability to pass drug test and background check (including MVR)
- COVID vaccination or approved exemption
- TB test result (within past 12 months)
- English (speaking, writing and reading) and moderate computer skills
- Timely and proper attendance
- Appropriate and effective work performance, including competency in the field of mental health treatment
- Ability to take direction and follow instruction
- May Require
- Valid Colorado driver's license, ability to drive, insurability and willingness to travel
- Annual flu vaccination
3 Main Duties
- Provide clinical assessment, problem identification, case management, individual/family/group therapy, advocacy and outreach for youth and families
- Develop and monitor treatment plans
- Maintain appropriate productivity rate
Salary
- Master's or Bachelor's (within 12 months of completion of Master's) degree:
- FT/40 (Exempt) - $50,000-$51,700 annualized wage
- Salary prorated for FT/30 and PRN
- Colorado Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT):
- FT/40 (Exempt) - $51,700-63,000 annualized wage
- Salary prorated for FT/30 and PRN
