Clinical Lab - FMC | Dexter, MO |

Job Summary


Performs venipunctures and capillary sticks following universal precaution protocol; performs computer and clerical functions to order and receive laboratory data. Duties require interaction with different patient age groups.



Essential Functions
  • Collection of blood samples
  • Receive and process samples in the LIS
  • Distribute samples to lab departments for testing
  • Outpatient lab order entry
  • Stock supplies
  • Answer telephones and fax reports
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
