We are seeking a skilled Field Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage various construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Manage on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Prepare project schedules and budgets
- Conduct quality control inspections
