Job Purpose
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance, updating, monitoring and reporting on drug pricing, system gross profit, reviewing and identifying third-party reimbursement results as well as performing scheduled and ad hoc reporting to department team members. Provides accurate review, timely processing and end to end facilitation of 340b pharmacy business and related managed care activities. Assists other department associates as needed with pricing, managed care, 340b business and associated reporting as assigned.

340b Program & Account Coordination
Serves as the primary resource regarding 340b pharmacy business. Responsible for coordination and execution of 340b business activities between internal organization departments, while overseeing the 340b accounts program day to day operational activity regarding Covered Entity accounts within the network.

Reimbursement, Pricing and Gross Profit Monitoring
Utilizes pricing analysis tools, field competitive pricing reports, and store reported pricing issues to set competitive and profitable drug prices. Monitors weekly PDX gross profit changes, edits affecting pricing or profit margin, reviews and reports on third-party reimbursement issues, e-form submissions, 340b reimbursement and gross margin, monitors and reports preferred generic formulary reimbursement issues as well as coordinates with pharmacy managed care on an ongoing basis.

Creates, prepares and distributes both ongoing and ad-hoc operational and administrative reports for procurement, managed care, 340b, product performance analytics, and pricing to supervisors and department leaders.

Monitors, investigates, diagnoses and resolves issues reported via e-forms from stores as well as involving other department individuals as appropriate to serve our stores concerns and needs.

Excellent communication skills
