Creates, implements and manages recognition programs to inspire and motivate associates, reinforce effective performance behaviors and drive engagement. Promotes engagement with, and use of programs across the company promoting a culture of recognition.

DRIVE RESULTS:
Leads the design, implementation and execution of the company Rewards and Recognition programs including years of service, performance and appreciation to drive engagement. Engages with leaders and associates across the company to seek feedback and gather information regarding the efficacy of current programs. Develops recommendations for changes, enhancements, or new programs to continuously improve the effectiveness of programs.

RELATIONSHIPS:
Works with key stakeholders such as HR Business Partners and people leaders to create programs and processes that motivate associates to perform and demonstrate our company culture and values. Leverages relationships to generate support for programs and feedback to constantly improve.

SOLUTION KNOWLEDGE:
Guides and advises leaders in the proper recognition of associates using recognition data such as birthdays, anniversaries and past award recipients, broad understanding of recognition techniques and best practices to create meaningful moments.

COMMUNICATION:
Determines proper communication channels and cadence for recognizing associates for their contributions and partners with the communications teams to execute the communications plan.
