Position description:
Southeastern Roofing Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a fast pace Sales Department with prior experience in a professional office setting. Ideal candidate is personable, professional and can assist with inside and outside sales reps.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and maintaining excellent communication.
- Data entry and information updates.
- Assisting in scheduling next day plans.
- Review and update daily excel reports.
Qualifications:
- Great personality, work ethic, and professional.
- Must be organized, punctual, reliable, and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer software and office administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
