E Dennis Air Conditioning & Heating in Dallas, GA is now hiring a Dispatcher!
You will act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls. You will receive service requests, communicate with customers, supervisors, technicians, and dispatch service call requests accordingly, and prioritize calls according to urgency and important You will also use Service Titan, phone and/or computer to send technicians, or other field units to appropriate locations. While technicians are responding to calls, you will provide technicians with information about customers, service call requests, traffic, obstacles, and requirements as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 year of related experience and execution of similar duties in HVAC/plumbing/Electrical required
- High School Diploma, GED, or Tech/Trade School strongly preferred
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
