Service Manager
Lehigh Valley auto dealer has immediate opening for an experienced Service Manager.
Duties:
- Managing service staff, including recruiting, training, and elevating
- Manage service department activities to maximize profitability
- Managing customer concerns and follow-up
- Maintain or exceed manufacturer required customer satisfaction levels
- Team player and motivator
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of Service Manager experience
- Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
- Reynolds experience preferred
Compensation:
- Payplan commensurate with experience - includes salary and bonus
