Responsibilities:
- Prepare closing disclosures and settlement statements
-Reviewing title commitments to ensure markable title.
- Conduct closings with clients ensuring all documents are signed correctly
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process
Skills:
- Knowledge of escrow procedures and mortgage closing processes
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the real estate industry or related field
