Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise to accurately estimate residential electrical projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and clients to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
• Research and evaluate costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in electrical estimating.

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential electrical estimating.
• Proficiency in electrical estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Accubid Anywhere Software knowledge is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

• Journeyman Electrician (Preferred)

• Leesburg, VA 20175: Relocate before starting work (Required)
