Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within various facilities, performing industrial cleaning, and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Utilize buffing machines and other equipment for floor care
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and restrooms
- Assist in facilities maintenance by identifying and reporting maintenance issues
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals

Skills:
- Proficiency in industrial cleaning practices
- Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of porter duties and responsibilities
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards in various settings
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing
