Overview:
Responsible for operationalizing SGWS Proof eCommerce and CRM capabilities in the market(s) as well as enabling customer and sales team business growth potential.
Compensation:
$140,000 - $180,000/Yr. 20% Bonus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, adoption, and implementation of digital tools, processes, and capabilities
- Evaluate existing business processes and create a plan to integrate evolving digital enablement capabilities
- Lead eCommerce activation teams and provide direction to commercial field teams
- Inform and provide strategic recommendations to market and regional executive teams on business growth opportunities derived from CRM and eCommerce insights
- Analyze the business impact and commercial effectiveness of implementing digital capabilities
- Capture, synthesize, and communicate feedback on digital user experience and platform enhancement opportunities
- Collaborate with all impacted departments and functions as implementation support of all digital enablement initiatives for the market(s)
- Design and implement new business processes or revise existing business processes to integrate evolving digital enablement capabilities
- Support digital trade marketing campaigns and brand marketing strategies as they relate to market sales execution activities
- Inform and provide strategic recommendations to market and regional executive teams on business growth opportunities derived from CRM and eCommerce insights
- Support and inform Route-to-Market and Sales Compensation strategy through CRM and eCommerce insights
- Champion Voice of Customer by consulting customers (internal and external) and suppliers to capture and analyze experiential feedback and the business impact of new commercial systems and processes
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years' experience in beverage alcohol distribution
