Southern Glazer's offers a competitive compensation package with a yearly salary of $80,000-$110,00. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Join Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits as a SCM Program Manager, where you will support transformative projects that integrate advanced technologies across our supply chain. This role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiencies and establishing a competitive edge in the market.
Primary Responsibilities
- Project Management and Oversight: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from execution to hyper-care, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to regulatory standards. Manage budgets, maintain transparent reporting to senior management, and facilitate effective meetings with clear agendas to drive actionable outcomes and timely project delivery.
- Strategic Leadership: Manage and direct strategic technology projects, including pilot programs, enhancements, and automation solutions, aligning with our corporate objectives to enhance operational efficiencies across the Supply Chain network.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors, ensuring project goals are clearly communicated and maintained.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives that align new technologies and processes across the Supply Chain network, driving improvements in efficiency and adaptability.
- Bachelor’s degree in bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- PMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing project teams of 3 or more individuals.
- Direct experience in supply chain management processes.
- Experience with SCM software and tools
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and translate it into action.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and fostering team collaboration.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel domestically 45-60% of the time to various project sites, including weekends, as necessary.

- Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
