Responsible for assisting in the implementation of physical therapy plan of care under the supervision of the physical therapist.

Qualifications
Education Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
Licenses and Certification Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant licensure or eligible BLS required
