Entry Level Sales Representative

Our CEO started at entry-level less than 15 years ago and worked his way to the top, and that culture is at the heart of our company. As a full-time entry-level sales representative we will train you on all of our products, and will train you to deliver interactive presentations. This will focus on communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning. The entry level sales role has a direct path to leadership in ever department in the company

Primary Job Responsibilities Include

· Development and coordination of marketing strategies

· Promote Southern National’s products and services to new and existing clients

· Delivery of interactive sales presentations on top quality home improvements

· Be a part of our daily success and growth workshops

Qualifications

· BA/BS preferred

· Ability to work Mon - Fri: 11 am to 7 pm & two Saturdays per month: 10 am to 2 pm

Salary And Benefits

· Average first year income range: $45,000 - $60,000 (Base Salary plus commission and bonuses)

· Various Daily, Weekly and Monthly contests paid the following week
