Summary
The User Experience (UX) Designer role is part of an organizational strategy to integrate user research with project teams in the areas of technology and business operations enabling Southern New Hampshire Health to adopt a “User First” culture. A UX Designer understands users’ needs, generates ideas to achieve desired outcomes, creates prototypes and conducts usability sessions to evaluate potential solutions
Qualifications
- Passionate about converting user needs into actionable solutions.
- ‘Advocates’ for the user when needed but also makes appropriate trade-offs to deliver incremental value.
- Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Ability to understand business metrics and company goals and how that impacts user experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Analytical mind with business acumen
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
