Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Closer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record of success in solar sales. As a Solar Sales Closer, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting consultations, and closing deals for our solar energy solutions division.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers' energy needs and educate them on the benefits of solar energy solutions.
• Prepare and present customized proposals based on customers' requirements and budgetary constraints.
• Overcome objections and address concerns to effectively close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory requirements related to solar energy.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in solar sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, and battery storage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
