Delivery Driver and Helper with Installations - Aurora

We train YOU to be skilled as the best of the best in the business! Helpers start at $18/hr and drivers start at $23/hr.

Southland Parcel Services is actively hiring full and part-time Delivery Drivers and Driver Helpers to DELIVER and INSTALL bulkier and heavier Amazon packages (and yes, it's still a full work day!) in branded box trucks out of our Aurora, CO warehouse.

Hours & Compensation:

• Full time hours and you only have to work four days a week! Shifts are 8 -11 hours long (your day ends when your route ends!) and we do ask you to work at least one weekend day.
• Make it home for dinner! Shifts begin around: 8:00 AM

No need for a gym membership, we'll keep you on your feet! We hire team members who are confident in their physical ability, who work well with others and who are focused on doing the best job possible! Install items such as: treadmills, televisions, tables, etc. So, packages may be heavier than 75 lbs. Having less packages means you'll have the ability to offer a keen attention to detail and stellar customer service all the while still achieving an 8 /hour day!

Qualifications:

• Great attitude, can-do approach, and ability to offer great customer service!
• Must be at least 21 years old

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Licensed for 3 years, no CDL required

• Physical ability to exit/enter vehicle 40 times a day, use stairs, and lift up to 75 lbs

• Willingness to complete a drug test (including THC) and motor vehicle records check

• Ability to effectively operate a GPS on a smartphone device
