What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Clerk/CLEANING position at SOUTHSIDE HEALTH AND FITNESS?
Our health club is looking for Front Desk Agents who are committed to providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for team players who will enthusiastically answer phones, greet guests, handle complaints, and assist guests with any issues they may have during their visits. Previous health club experience is preferred, but we're also interested in hiring enthusiastic applicants who are looking to start out in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm smile and informative statement.
- Answer customer questions and resolve problems.
- Be receptive to new ideas, suggestions, and concepts.
- Communicate with management in a timely manner.
- Make decisions quickly while maintaining composure.
- Deal effectively with difficult customers.
- Exercise discretion on important issues.
- Work as part of a team as well as work with limited supervision.
- A large portion of this job is maintaining a clean enviroment for our members.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay

- Lafayette, IN 47909: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
