Saw Operator

Southwark Metal Manufacturing in Fremont is currently hiring experienced Saw Operators to assist in the production/manufacturing of HVAC ductwork & components.

What You Will Do

· Set up and operate assigned cutting machine(s) following established safety procedures and guidelines.

· Safely adjusts machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications.

· Utilize power equipment/tools to process materials according to customer order requirements.

· Notice and report any defects and/or excessive wear and tear of equipment; may assist in preventative maintenance of equipment.

· Safely uses assigned power equipment to move material and meet order requirements (Side-Loader, Forklift, and Overhead Crane).

· Follows customer requirements to select, fill and package orders.

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
