Job Overview:
We are seeking a Consumer Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing approximately 45 consumer accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for the agency care coordinators regarding consumer accounts.
Duties:
- Oversee approximately 45 accounts for consumers with mental illness utilizing QuickBooks program.
- Work with Agency CC for weekly check writes for consumer bills, spending money and other...
- Monitor consumer accounts for accuracy and alerts staff to issues.
- Communicate effectively with consumers and staff.
- Tracks receipts per Social Security guidelines.
- Recognizes discrepancies in consumer accounts.
Skills: Must haves...
- Experience with QuickBooks.
- Bookkeeping Skills
- Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.
