Crisis Care Coordinator
Job Posting for Crisis Care Coordinator at Southwest Alabama Behavioral Health Care Systems
Provide case management services to adults with severe mental illness that present in crisis. Services are provide in the home, community, and outpatient settings. Assist individuals with securing social security benefits, housing/rental assistance, food stamps, access to other health services, assistance with utilities, assistance in getting to and from appointments using the agency provided vehicle and any other basic living skill need that should arise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.83 per hour
