Donor Acquisition and Marketing Representative

SouthWest Sales is expanding our team here in Raleigh and are currently seeking motivated professionals who are passionate about growing their careers in marketing and acquisition while making a positive impact in the NGO sector. We are a marketing and professional fundraising company that specializes in campaign development, public relations, and high volume market engagement and acquisition.

• Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 12-8 pm
• Must be able to set and follow-through with tasks
• Able to effectively prioritize and manage assignments
• Professional in both person presentation and attitude
• Willingness to develop new skills
• Have a strong work ethic and be driven by results
• Energetic, outgoing and a challenge-seeker
• Strong listening and communication skills, professional manner, good attitude, and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
• Formal experience or education an asset, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new donors through face to face meetings
• Maintain relationships with existing donors
• Develop creative marketing strategies on behalf of client campaigns
• Organize campaign events/booths
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses
• Process various gift amounts
• Attend daily board meetings

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
