We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at our St. Charles office. The receptionist provides prompt, courteous service to our patients both in person and on the phone. The starting pay is $16 an hour with a monthly bonus and opportunities for advancement after the first 90 days

  • Ensure high-quality customer service
  • Monday through Friday
  • Answer, screen incoming calls
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain chart notes in our computer system Sycle
  • Calling to obtain updated insurance benefits on patients
  • Check on status and checking in orders and notify patients when orders are in
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • File all patient records daily and pull and prepare files for the next day's appointments
  • Contact patients who are due for their maintenance appointments
  • Communicate verbally and email between Specialist and other staff members on patient details
  • Answering multiple line phone

Qualifications

  • Ability to use a computer; Gmail, Google Docs, Word, Excel
  • The ability to learn new computer software
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience as a Receptionist is preferred
  • Experience handling multiple phone lines
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Be detail-oriented
  • Strong Multitasking
