TRAK Machine Tools (TMT) is a manufacturer of CNC controls and CNC machine tools for R & D, tooling, and low-volume machining applications. We integrate our CNC controls with machine tools and sell the finished products as turnkey systems under the respected brand names of TRAK and ProtoTRAK. We sell directly to users in much of the United States, with distributor sales in other parts of North America and Europe.

Job Overview

Applications Representatives provide product training, demonstrations and technical support for our customers and TMT personnel.

Compensation

The base compensation range for this full-time position is $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year plus benefits. The pay range displayed indicates the minimum and maximum target for a new hire salary for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Duties

• Training for customers in the field.
• Training for customers in the showroom.
• Product training for new TRAK employees.
• Training for TRAK employees on new products.
• Complex demos in the showroom.
• Field demos for customers.
• Tech Support (Programming)
• Time Studies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Machine Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of CNC controls.
• The ability to interact with people.
• Good presentation skills.
• Interest in technology and manufacturing.
• Reasonable commute to the local showroom.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no significant violations.
